The room was great for the price, the location was perfect for what I needed, but the best part is the service. My partner and I got into a car accident on our way back to the hotel. We are both okay, but we had to end our trip early to deal with the damage to his car. We were able to get a refund for the following night of our trip. Bonnie at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely be back if we visit Bensalem again!
A decent hotel with adequate beds, room temperature controls, and television. Has a microwave and frig . My tv remote wasn’t working. Replaced the batteries but still not working. Maintenance guy was called and gave us a new remote- all fixed! Personnel are extremely polite, helpful, and friendly.
I stayed Thanksgiving night, My room was clean, #207, the bathroom ceiling you can tell had some repairs, the hotel carpet you can tell has been there for some time, but I have zero complaints, no bed bugs, not dirty, friendly staff, continental breakfast, I went through priceline and got the room for 60 bucks.
I have stayed at many hotels. This particular hotel I must say is wonderful. The staff front desk are very cordial. The housekeepers do a excellent job of keeping the rooms nicely. I give them a 5 star. Quality Inn , Bensalem PA Nicely Priced also for the area that has everything.
This hotel was an excellent choice for our family trip. The family suite was roomy, clean, and equipped with a kitchenette which made meal prep easy. The children loved the swimming pool and the play area, which were safe and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with recommendations or bookings for local excursions. Breakfast had plenty of variety and catered well to kids. We appreciated the hotel's proximity to the beach and local landmarks. It made our holiday stress-free and enjoyable.
